Processing Time

Each piece is handmade to order. Please allow 2–10 business days for order processing and production before your order is shipped.

Please note:

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During collection launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Custom and personalized pieces may require additional production time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Return Policy

We hope you enjoy your HROA piece. If for any reason you wish to return it, you may do so within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted only if the jewelry has not been worn, remains in its original condition, and is returned with its packaging.

If you would like to exchange for another size or style, please contact us at customer@hroastudio.com, place a new order, and return the previous piece within 14 days. The exchange will be processed once we receive the original item.

Final sale pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of defect.

Each order includes a receipt or electronic invoice. Please keep this confirmation, as it is required for returns or exchanges.
