Return Policy

We only accept returns for damaged items or incorrect orders. Exchanges are accepted as long as the jewelry is in its original packaging and has not been worn.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please get in touch with us within 5 days of receiving your package at customer@hroastudio.com, and we will be happy to assist you with the return process.

Please note that the returned products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the products do not meet our return policy criteria.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and postage to return the package are at the client’s cost.
